Shipping Pre-Made Products

Pre-made products will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order.

Shipping times vary according to standard US holidays, but will typically line up with shipping times indicated at checkout.

Shipping Pre-Order Products

Pre-ordered products are custom designed, and they are ordered, processed, and printed only when the pre-order periods ends.

Production time for pre-ordered items typically takes 14 days. In some situations, this may be expedited. However, if production will take longer than 14 days due to back-order, stock limitations with our suppliers, or otherwise, you will be notified promptly.

Please note that most pre-ordered items are custom and once the store closes all sales become final. In rare cases, we will accept returns for pre-ordered products. Please reach out to us directly if you have any concerns.
